Massive Coaching Discounts For NOMS Agencies

Way back in October 2010 I started offering discounted coaching sessions to London and Cambridgeshire's probation services and up to now it's safe to say that the response has been minimal. Which is curious because all the news from probation indicates rising targets and reduced budgets.

It's plain to see that the cuts are spreading across the whole of the public sector and with probation's budget being cut by a whopping 23% , RDNLP is making every effort to make their services both available and affordable.
Not only for NOMS but for any agency offering support to offenders and ex-offenders. I work out of offices in London (Liverpool Street) and Cambridgeshire (St Ives), I am however happy to work on your premises if that will make the sessions easier to facilitate.

It has been proved time and time again that Behavioural Change is the most effective way to reduce re-offending and NLP based coaching is one of the most effective mediums for eliciting behavioural change. When used hand in hand with other support and resettlement services 1:1 Coaching sessions can considerably reduce the chances of recidivism in your clients.

Given that 'Heather Munro' the new CEO of the London Probation Trust seems to be very much in favour of working with providers, I can only hope that the next time I offer my services to probation, the reception will be little less guarded. For more detailed information on the NOMS Business Plan for 2011 - 2012 please click here. To read an Interview with Heather Munro in the Guardian please click here.

If you work in probation or know anyone who does, please feel free to make them aware of RDNLP, the 40% Discount Offer and this blog.
